EEX Electromechanical Level System

The EE310 Electromechanical level measuring system is a flexible inventory system that can consist of the EE310 sensor as a stand alone measuring device or it can include a remote control unit (RCU) or MMS materials management system PC-based software.

The EE310 is a weight & cable inventory level measuring sensor consisting of a sensing weight, heavy duty stainless steel cable, distance measuring component, position detection sensor and electronics. The EE310 detects the sensing weight status and measures the empty space distance within the vessel during a measuring cycle.

The EE310 Electro-Mechanical Level Measuring System features a user-friendly operation with a microprocessor control and an LCM Graphic 128x64 Dot. It is suitable for various industrial applications in the powder & bulk solids, metallurgical industry, mining industry, cement industry, power plant, ship manufacturing, chemical industry, feed industry, food industry and more with the need of pellet, lump or bulk material monitoring up to to 30 meters. Measurements are independent of environment variations such as sound waves, dust, capacitance, humidity and temperature.

The EE310 Electromechanical Level system features Analog, Pulse, and RS485 communication output. Relay output HI, LO alarm or Pulse, Reset, fault alarm; programmable operation indication or Lock alarm output. Cable Break Alarm and Sensing Weight Buried Alarm. Four Detection Operation Modes: Auto, Manual, Intelligent (smart), and External trigger operation. Auto Return Setup and Material Fill-Up Protection. Freeze Protection heat element to guarantee it will work normally even under severe cold environment
